My daughter has been having nightmares lately (I think). She will wake up at night and say she is scared. It is possible she is just using that to get out of her room without getting in trouble. To counteract we have been trying to watch what she watches or does to diminish the scariness in her life.
My daughter comes running out of her room. “Daddy daddy there is a scary baby in my room.”
I scrunch up my face trying to think about what doll that could be. Of course the first thing that pops into my mind is Chucky. I walk into her room and there on her baby stroller is a scary baby. My daughter may be right.

Yeah she’s right – dolls are scary. We don’t like any of our niece’s dolls and even named one particularly freaky one Chuckie 😀 Our sister doesn’t like it either and there were many battles over whose house the damn thing was staying in. We lost 😦

She had some cousins over playing the other day and was trying to get one of them to take her scary baby home with them. No luck.
